TURNER SIMKINS

Turner Simkins joined Northeast Private Wealth Management in a consultative capacity in early 2021, and officially joined as a member of the team in January 2022. A resident of North Augusta, S.C. Turner holds a respected reputation in the Southeast as both a successful businessman (through real estate development & consultation) as well as an esteemed Philanthropist. Simkins began his career in Real Estate with Jack Nicklaus Development Corporation, after which he moved to his hometown of August and joined Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate Co. as Vice President of Residential Development. Turner founded Blue Beech LLC in 2007, which gained traction providing profitable alternative real estate investment models, as evidenced through award winning mixed-used developments such as: Hammond’s Ferry (a public/private partnership with the City of North Augusta, SC), as well as other Opportunity Zone & Tax-Credit Investments. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for MAXEX, the first digital mortgage exchange that enables buying and selling of residential mortgages through a single clearinghouse. In addition to his position with Northeast, Simkins also serves as a Strategic ESG Consultant for Monarch Private Capital, an Atlanta-based and Nationally-recognized ESG investment firm. As a Philanthropist- Turner is Author of the book Possibilities; and is an active founding partner of the Press On Fund, which invests in Pediatric Cancer research focusing on less-toxic, curative treatments. He is Chairman Elect for the Children’s Hospital of Georgia Philanthropy Board and is an active board member for the Community Foundation of the Central Savannah River Area.
